Police arrested a New Jersey resident for allegedly delivering heroin to another male around 10:15 a.m. Feb. 14.

Police said Alexander Lozada, 45, of Elmwood Street in Trenton, was at the West Fourth Street CVS pharmacy when they made the arrest, though no further details were included.

Lozada is charged with providing false ID to law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
