Norma M. Pilgert, 84, of Kutztown, died Feb. 21, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Her husband Russel H. Pilgert died in 2003.

Born in Centre Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Mark I. and Margaret (Dubble) Tobias.

She was last employed as a clerk at Radcliffs IGA Market, Mertztown, for 20 years before retiring in 1993.

Prior to that, she was an inspector at the former Keith Knitting Mill, also in Mertztown.

A member of the Christian Congregation Church, Mertztown, she was also a member of the Lynnport Fire Company.

Her survivors include a daughter Connie M. of Kutztown; son Russel M. and his wife, Kim S., of Kempton; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and companion Filbert "Butch" Grim of Kutztown.

There will be a private graveside memorial service at a later date in St. Paul's Union Cemetery, Mertztown, with the Rev. Michael Combs officiating.
