The Moore Township Athletic Association will be holding baseball evaluations Saturday, March 7, from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at In The Zone in Bath. This will be for biddy, midget and knee-hi levels only. Times are as follows: biddy 5-6:30 p.m., midget 6:30-7:30 p.m., and knee-hi 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Any grasshopper players that would like to be evaluated for biddy level should attend. Grasshoppers will have evaluations outdoors, when the weather warms up.

The Moore Elementary Environmental Club is hosting a "party for the planet" Friday, March 6, from 6-8 p.m. in the school auditorium.

All Moore students and families are invited to join in making fun crafts from recycled materials. Proceeds will be donated to the Gorilla Foundation to help protect endangered gorillas.

Students and staff will also be collecting used cellphones which will be donated to the Philadelphia Zoo to be recycled, as well as dried up markers which will be recycled as part of Crayola's ColorCycle program.
