Margaret R. Schantz, 101, formerly of Fogels-ville, died Feb. 20, 2015, in Cedarbrook, South Whitehall, where she was residing.

She was the wife of the late Harold R. Schantz.

Born Nov. 22, 1913, in Center Valley, she was the daughter of the late Frank S. and Annie M. (Ludwig) Roth.

She was a trimmer at the former Adelphia Shirt Factory and K&M Sportswear, Allentown, before retiring in 1979.

She was the oldest member of Jordan United Church of Christ, South Whitehall.

Her survivors include several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her twin brother Clarence H.W. Roth; siblings Elsie E.S. Stettler, Howard O.F. Roth, Ida E. Grumbine and Cora A.N. Trexler.
