Harassment

Patricia Savage, 24, of Scranton, was given a summary harassment charge after allegedly charging a nurse at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 11:29 p.m. Feb. 13.

Drug

Robert Reese, 32, of Macungie, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at 1600 Riverside Drive, Bethlehem 7:39 p.m. Feb. 17. After four wheeling near the Lehigh County Work Release Prision, Reese allegedly got stuck in the mud and went to the work release to call for a tow. Police were called and an investigation followed.
