Tina M. Lombardino, 45, of Orefield, died Feb. 13, 2015, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

Born March 31, 1969, in Newark, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Paul P. and Dorothy J. (Johnston) Lombardino.

A special needs child, she had Down syndrome.

Her survivors include siblings Jo-Ann M. Acuna with whom she resided, Tina M. Kampolis of New Jersey, Leonard M. Landi of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Her service will be private. There will be no calling hours.
