Pauline Simock, 85, a resident of Birchwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Nanticoke, died Feb. 3, 2015.

She was a lifelong resident of the family homestead in Ormrod before entering the nursing home.

Born May 2, 1929, in Ormrod, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Catherine Hrynak Simock.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, Northampton.

Her survivors include a sister, Julia Nush, of Bethlehem; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sisters Helen Roth, Mary Meyers, Kathryn Simock and Anna Kairis; and brothers John, Michael, Stephen, Samuel and Andrew Simock.

Arrangements were made by Davis-Dinelli Funeral Home, Nanticoke.
