Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts Presdient Diane LaBelle signs the final roof plank to be added to the expanding institution's new East Third Street building Feb. 4. Having outgrown the old East Broad Street factory building, Charter Arts' new structure will provide much-needed additional classrooms and studios, a resource library, digital laboratory, a 'green' roof, commons deli and a 350-seat performing arts theater. It's due to open for classes for the 2015-16 school year.
