The Toddlers at Play series for ages one to three will be held at the Bethlehem Area Public Library from 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 27 through March 27, 11 W. Church St.; and at the South Side branch from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Feb. 17 through March 17.

Community childhood professionals will interact one-on-one with parents, answering questions on an individual basis. The workshops emphasize early literacy, and connect parents with community agencies.
