Kelly Sue Kramer, 46, died Feb. 3, 2015, in her home in Tampa, Fla.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Gary M. Kramer of Hamburg, and Carol A. (Nester) Osenbach, wife of Herman C. Osenbach Jr.of Tamaqua.

She was last employed as a credit account manager for Citi Group Bank of Atlanta, Ga.

A 1987 graduate of Kutztown Area High School, she attended Shippensburg University for one year, and later graduated from Kutztown University.

She then earned post graduate degrees in both human resources and finance from Drexel University.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Eric C. Osenbach of New Ringgold, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was a beautiful, caring person who will be greatly missed.

Her memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family in Jacob's Church, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, with the Rev. Scott L. Shay officiating.

Private interment will follow in Jacob's Union Cemetery.
