Egypt Community Church, 4129 S. Church St., will host a roast beef dinner Saturday, Feb. 28, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The snow date is March 7. The cost includes beverages and dessert. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Takeout will be available. Proceeds benefit the church's missions. Call 610-262-4961 for more information.

The Laurel Fire Company will have member appreciation 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15. Members will enjoy a light buffet of meatball sandwiches, hoagies, a meat and cheese tray and bar specials.

The Laurel will also hold a breakfast buffet with the Easter bunny 9 a.m.-noon March 14. The menu includes pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, juices, milk and coffee. The event is open to the public.

The fire company's annual Easter ham raffle will be 2-6 p.m. March 22. This event is also open to the public. They will be raffling off 20 hams and many other specials throughout the day.
