In continuation of its Bob Warke – Dale Horn Scholarship Program, the Hokendauqua Park and Playground Association (HPPA) will again award two $1,000 scholarships.

This year marks the 28th anniversary of our basketball tournament - proceeds fund the scholarships.

The Bob Warke – Dale Horn Basketball Tournament will be held at the Whitehall Middle School around the end of February. Contact Mike Frana at franman69@aol.com for information.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must be a class of 2015 high school eligible graduate, be continuing your education in the fall of 2015, have participated in the HPPA's baseball, softball or basketball youth programs, and must complete the application form and return it to the HPPA prior to Feb. 28, 2015.

Additional requirements are listed on the application and our web site. The organization will review all of the applications and select one girl and one boy to receive the scholarships at our March/April meeting.
