Anthony Peter Caiazzo, 39, of Bethlehem, died Jan 31, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Wilson Borough, he was a son of the late Peter Anthony Caiazzo and Debra E. (Davis) Pysher.

He was a 1992 graduate of Easton HS, where he lettered in football and wrestling.

He was a machine operator at Bardot Plastics Inc., Easton.

He attended Union United Church of Christ, Neffs.

He was a lifeguard in Forks Township for several years.

He is survived by his companion, Aften A. Hamm of Nazareth; two daughters, Jasmine E. Schroeder and Kirstie A. Westover, both of Bethlehem; a stepdaughter, Amanda Lawrence of Bethlehem; two brothers, Justin J. Caiazzo of Belvidere, N.J. and Robert M. Pysher of Easton; a great aunt, Carmela Becker of Bethlehem Township; a half sister, Bernadette "Buffy" A. Wilson of Saylorsburg; step father, Jay Pysher of Belfast; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a half sister, Carlajean M. Commareri.
