Notre Dame: Speech and Debate

Notre Dame Speech and Debate Team member Abigail Marone won fourth place in Student Congress at the Barkley Forum held at Emory University, Atlanta, Jan. 23 to 25.

The team's assistant debate coach, Stuart Kramer, earned a degree of distinction from the National Speech and Debate Association.

Bethlehem Catholic: Essay finalists

Bethlehem Catholic has four finalists in the Diocese of Allentown's Stand Up for Life Pro-Life Essay Contest in the Northampton Deanery, senior division. The entrants are Ronan Fitzgerald, a senior; and Alex Kolesnikov, Maria Macaluso and Abigail Manning, sophomores.
