Raymond H. Scholl, 81, of Allentown, died Jan. 24, 2015 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home, South Whitehall Township. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Samuel and Katie (Snyder) Scholl.

He was the husband of Shirley A. (Schnerr) Scholl for 53 years.

He was an U.S. Army veteran.

He was a roofer for Local #30 until he retired in 2004.

He was a member of many social clubs in the Allentown area.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jeffrey R. and his wife Roxann of Bethlehem; two daughters, Tammy M. and her husband Fred Warning of Mertztown and Cindy A. and her husband Nick Gress of Bethlehem; a sister, Dorothy Stieska of Allentown; and four grandchildren, Lauren, Lucas, Daxton and William.

He was predeceased by four brothers Paul, Frank, Oscar and Lloyd; and two sisters, Lucy and Gladys.
