It is hard to believe January is almost over. This year is off to a fast start. It shows no signs of slowing down either.

Harry S Truman and Western Salisbury elementary schools will dismiss 1 p.m. Jan. 30. The middle and high schools will dismiss 12:15 p.m. that day.

There will be an operations committee meeting 7 p.m. Feb. 2 at the administrative building, 1140 Salisbury Road.

The HST PTO will hold a dinner meeting 6 p.m. Feb. 2.

The curriculum and technology committee will meet 7 p.m. Feb. 23 at Salisbury Middle School, according to the district calendar posted on the district website.

HST faculty and staff would like to invite the parents of third graders to lunch 12:25 p.m. Feb. 9. Parents are asked to return the RSVP form if planning to attend.

There will be a school board meeting 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 in the administrative building.

All Salisbury Township schools will be open for a make up day Feb. 13. However, schools will be closed Feb. 16 in observance of Presidents Day.
