We have received notice from the IRS that they will no longer supply tax form outlets with the instruction booklets for Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ. You can obtain these booklets through irs.gov/forms (to view and download) or irs.gov/orderforms (to be delivered by mail).

There has been a delay in their shipment of forms.
