There will be a Martin Luther King Jr. holiday observance at 1 p.m. Jan. 19 in the Northeast Middle School Auditorium, 1170 Fernwood St.

The event, sponsored by the Bethlehem NAACP and the YWCA, features a play, open discussion, dance and poetry.
