Phyllis E. Bechtel, 90, of Slatington, died Dec. 4, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

She was the widow of Howard H. Bechtel, who died in 1997 and the daughter of the late Charles A. and Lizzie J. (German) Rauch.

She was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Slate-dale.

Her survivors include daughters Nancy Trabin of Princeton, N.J.; Barbara, wife of Larry Ginsburg of Allentown, Sara, wife of Thomas Duncan; son Robert and his wife, Kellie; brother William and his wife, Charlotte, all of Slatington; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son Howard H. Jr. and a daughter Karen Bechtel.
