Maryann M. Newhard, 78, of Bethlehem, died Dec. 27, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. Jr. and Anna (Rabanold) Moyer. She was the wife of the late Henry T. Newhard Jr. and of Donald Dill of Westminster Village.

She graduated from Mary Washington College and from the medical technology course at Allentown Hospital.

She was a member of St. Paul's Anglican Church, Allentown, and a former member of Cathedral Church of the Nativity.

She was a past director of the Lehigh Valley Agricultural Society; board member of the Bethlehem Women's Club; and a past royal matron of Dorothy Lynn Memorial Court #110 of Amaranth and a charter member for Court 148.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, H. Thomas Newhard III of Tamaqua; a daughter, Melody A. Newhard-Kirk and her husband Brian of Wind Gap; a stepson, Edward Dill; a stepdaughter Nancy Walck; two granddaughters, Kayla Hager-Wilson and Kaitlin Newhard; and five step-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Moyer III.
