Kenneth L. Adam, 78, of Upper Macungie Township, died Dec. 26, 2014, in Luther Crest, South Whitehall Township.

He was the husband of Betty A. (Kramer) Adam.

Born in Windsor Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Minnie (Bower) Adam.

He was a member of Crossroads Community Church, Weisenberg Township.

He was a veteran of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard.

A self-employed tractor trailer driver until his retirement, he then was a transportation driver for Luther Crest Retirement Community, South Whitehall, for more than five years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Dawn R. (Adam), wife of Richard B. George of Breinigsville, and Jolene M., wife of Edward W. Schlegel III of Krumsville; sister LaJoyce, wife of Andrew Shrom, Tryon, N.C.; a brother, Lee, and his wife Mary Adam of Hamburg; and six grandchildren Connor, Sarah, Chloe, Austin, Hailey and Kaitlyn.
