Package stolen from home

Coplay police on Dec. 29 responded to a report of a stolen package in the unit block of North Front Street.

The package is valued at $80, police said.

Car stereo

reported stolen

Police were called Jan. 1 to investigate a stolen car stereo on Oak Street.

The stereo is valued at $150, police said.

American Club alarm set off

An alarm summoned police Jan. 1 to the American Club of Coplay on Third Street.

Police said someone attempted to pry open the main entrance door.

Police checked they area and found nothing suspicious.

Vehicle keyed

Police Jan. 2 responded to a report of damage to a vehicle in the unit block of North Second Street.

Police said a 2001 Nissan was keyed.

The damage is estimated at $2,900, police said.

Disturbance

reported

Police responded Jan. 2 to the unit block of South Front Street to investigate a family dispute.

The relatives left before officers arrived at the scene, police said.

Coplay assist Whitehall police

Police responded Jan. 4 to a domestic dispute along with Whitehall police in the 3400 block of North Ruch Street.

Coplay police also assisted Whitehall police Jan. 3 with investigating a motor vehicle accident on Ruch Street.

Smoke sets

off alarm

Coplay police Jan. 5 responded to a report of smoke in a home in the unit block of North Third Street.

On responding, it was found the smoke set off the alarm, police said.
