Fullerton Memorial Playground will hold its annual Christmas party 6-10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, at the recreation building.

Admission for all 2014 athletes is free and there is a small fee for other attendees.

There will be a deejay, games, hot dogs, pizza, water and soda.

St. Elizabeth's Parish will host its next all-you-can-eat breakfast 8:30-11:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 14.

Fill up on all your favorites like bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, home fries, pancakes, French toast sticks, Danish, juice and coffee. Homemade crepes will be available as well.

My fifth grandchild was born to my son Mike and his wife, Arilys, Oct. 16, weighing a healthy 9 pounds, 4 ounces. He was 23 inches long.

Mom, dad and big sister Juliana. as well as we grandparents, are quite excited with the new addition to the family.
