James B. Metzgar, 57, of Walnutport, formerly of Piketon, Ohio, died Nov. 25, 2014, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born Feb. 18, 1957, in Hackettstown, N.J., he was the son of Norman D. Metzgar of Beaver, Ohio, and the late Eleanor K. (Decker) Metzgar.

He was a truck driver.

In addition to his father, he is survived by sons, Bradley and Joshua, both of Roanoke, Va., Lucas of Piketon, Ohio; sister Gertrude P. Schwarz of Walnutport; and one granddaughter.
