Ernest H. Geiger, 100, of Topton, formerly of Orefield, died Nov. 27, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.

He was the husband of the late Catherine S. (Laudenslager) Geiger.

Born in Lowhill Township, he was a son of the late Adam H. and Flossie B. (Haas) Geiger.

He was a mechanic at various locations in the Lehigh Valley.

A member of Morgenland Church, Orefield, he was past president and vice president of the cemetery association and secretary of the church council, on which he served for many years.

He was a life member of the Moose Club, Slatington.

His survivors include a brother, Ralph and wife, Clara, of Orefield; sister Myrtle, wife of Earl Horning, of Allentown; and nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by sisters Lillian Rupp, Verna Werley and Ida Kale; and brothers Paul and Leon.
