One person was injured in a one-vehicle crash around 7:30 a.m. Nov. 17 on Mosserville Road, just south of Lentz Road, Lynn Township.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Brittany A. Farfan, 20, of Effort, was driving a Chevrolet Cobalt, when she apparently failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.

The car struck a tree, spun and then hit another tree before coming to a final rest.

Farfan, who police say was wearing her seat belt, sustained a minor injury.

The car sustained minor damage from the first impact in the area of the front passenger side and disabling damage to the driver's side door and roof from the second impact.

Farfan was issued a citation for driving at an unsafe speed.

New Tripoli Fire Department and fire police and Northwestern Ambulance Corps assisted at the scene.
