Richard R. Lichty, 69, of Schnecksville, died on All Souls' Day, Nov. 2, 2014, in his home.

He and his wife Judy Lichty were married 27 years in June.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Russell and Catherine Lichty.

Before retiring in 2002, he was a research analyst at Bethlehem Steel for more than 35 years.

He then became a partner in Lehigh Valley Real Estate Appraisers.

He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown, where he served as a eucharistic minister for 10 years.

Since 1996, he was a faithful friend of Our Lady of the Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, Easton.

He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Michael, David Alick and his wife, Katrina, Daniel Alick; daughters Jennifer, Amy, wife of Steve Koorie, Sarah and Dawn, wife of Bill Lewis; and nine grandchildren.
