Disturbance reported

On Nov. 8 Coplay police responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street.

Police said a man was reportedly yelling at another person.

The man left the scene and could not be located, police said.

Police respondto report of fire

A report of a fire brought police to the 100 block of Cherry Street.

According to police, a fire began in the kitchen of a resident's home.

The fire was extinguished by the time police arrived.

Rototiller stolen

On Nov. 4 police were called to the 1100 block of Bernice Drive, Parkway West, to investigate the theft of a rototiller.

The rototiller is valued at $2,300.

Alarm sounds

An alarm brought police to the 100 block of South Second Street.

On arrival, police investigated the situation and found nothing unusual.
