OCTOBER 22
· A bomb threat at Whitehall High School, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, brought out Stations 35, 37, 38, 39 and 62, 2:51 p.m.
· A motor vehicle crash with injuries on Mickley Road at Olympic Drive brought out Stations 35 and 36, 5:55 p.m.
· Stations 37 and 38 responded to a fire alarm at 3434 Lehigh St., 6:48 p.m.
OCTOBER 23
· Stations 35, 36, 38 and 40 responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries, rescue and rollover on MacArthur Road near Lehigh Street, 7:07 a.m.
· Stations 37 and 38 responded to a bomb threat at Whitehall High School, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, 1 p.m.
· A motor vehicle crash with injuries at the Whitehall High School bus garage, 2640 Campus Drive, with the bus into a charging rack, brought out Stations 36, 37 and 38, 2:29 p.m.
Stations 36, 37 and 38 responded to a fire alarm at 1 Maryland Circle, found to be an equipment malfunction on the lower level, 4:03 p.m.
· A tree down on wires with the wires arcing at 3064 Coplay Circle brought out Stations 37 and 38, 6:37 p.m.
· Station 40 provided mutual aid to the Coplay Fire Department for smoke in the residence at 36 N. Second St., Coplay, 7:30 p.m.
OCTOBER 24
· A call for a hazmat drum at Schneider & Son, 703 Sumner Ave., brought out Stations 36, 37, 38 and 42, 9:05 a.m.
· A report of an oven fire at 535 Fullerton Ave., found to be a melted plastic dish, brought out Stations 36, 37 and 38, 3:37 p.m.
OCTOBER 25
· Station 37 responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries for a car into a deer on Mauch Chunk Road northbound between Schadt Avenue and Rural Road, 1:58 a.m.
· A request for a cat rescue at 2016 Columbia Ave. in a very tall pine tree brought out Station 37, 2:38 p.m.
· Stations 39 and 40 responded to a reported car on fire in front of 4198 Roosevelt St., found to be leaves burning in front of the engine compartment burning, 3:25 p.m.

· Station 39 assisted Emergency Medical Services with lifting at 4408 N. Church St., 10:04 a.m.
· Station 39 assisted Emergency Medical Services with lifting at 4408 N. Church St., 11:31 a.m.
· A fire alarm at 1251 Forrest Road brought out Stations 36, 37 and 38, 12:29 p.m.
· Stations 35, 36, 37 and 38 responded to smoke in the structure at The Dollar Tree Store, 2180 MacArthur Road, found to be a heat problem on the roof, 8:57 p.m.

· A request at Little Wolf Station 36 for a Rapid Intervention Team for mutual aid to North Whitehall for a working house fire, 8:01 p.m.

· A bomb threat at Whitehall High School, 3800 Mechanicsville Road, brought out Stations 35, 37 and 38, 12:45 p.m.
· Stations 35, 36, 37 and 38 responded to a reported smell of natural gas at 515 Windsor St., found to be a smell from the roofing materials), 3:41 p.m.
· A motor vehicle crash with a spill at Columbia Street and MacArthur Road brought out Station 38, 6:40 p.m.
OCTOBER 31
· Stations 35 and 38 responded to a motor vehicle crash with a spill and a car into a pole on Front Street near Hokendauqua Street, 10:57 a.m.
NOVEMBER 1
· Reported wires down and a pole down on the Schadt Avenue southbound jughandle with an electrical hazard brought out Stations 37 and 38, 11:29 a.m.
· A child struck by a car on Presidential Drive brought out Station 37, 12:06 p.m.
· A motor vehicle crash with injuries and rescue on Route 22 eastbound between Fullerton Avenue and the Lehigh River bridge with a car into the concrete medial divider brought out Stations 35, 36 and 40, 4:20 p.m.
· Stations 36, 37 and 38 responded to a fire alarm at 3 Maryland Circle, Whitehall Commons, for a faulty detector on the first floor, 6:41 p.m.
· A fire alarm at Makin Vapor, 3690 Lehigh St., caused by mist from electronic cigarettes brought out Stations 36 and 39, 7:53 p.m.

· Station 40 provided mutual aid to the Walnutport Fire Department for a four alarm fire at the Walnutport Social Club, 12:31 p.m.
