Police arrested 22-year-old Jaclyn Serfass, of Timothy Drive, twice within one week for incidents of public drunkeness.
The first, at 3 a.m. Oct. 11, Serfass was found asleep in a car near Muhlenberg Hospital on Schoenersville Road.
The next was at 1:40 a.m. Oct. 15. Serfass and 26-year-old Chad Rossignol, of Northampton, were arrested on several charges at the Easton Avenue Pizza Como restaurant.
Charges included drunkeness, theft of services and threats.
