Catasauqua Rough Riders Flag Football team played the Northwestern Tigers Flag Football team at Salisbury high school on 10/26/14 in the semi-final round of youth football playoffs. After a tie game (14 – 14) forced the team into overt-time, four more tie's would keep the game moving forward until Catasauqua failed to score in the 5th overtime and Northwestern capitalized on their errors ending the game at a 42 to 35 win for Northwestern. Northwestern will advance to the final game next Sunday November 2nd. Catasauqua's season ended with their loss.

The Catasauqua 90lb football team remains undefeated for the season beating Bangor by a score 21 to 0. Catasauqua continues their season by playing in the championship game against Wilson, on Sunday November 2nd.
