Anthony J. A'Brunzo
Anthony J. A'Brunzo, 59, of Schnecksville, died Oct. 26, 2014, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
Born Sept. 4, 1955, in Elmira, N.Y., he was the son of the late Anthony J. and Marie C. (Adamovich) A'Brunzo.
He received his Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Hospital Management from DeSales University.
A consultant for Alliance Imaging for 11 years, he retired in 2012.
Prior to that, he was the head of Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown, for 25 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, Orefield.
An avid golfer, he also enjoyed archery, fly fishing, bowling, hunting and riding his motorcycle.
His survivors include his significant other, Eileen S. Duchala, with whom he resided; son Michael J. A'Brunzo-Courtney and his wife, Pamela, of Wakefield, Mass.; daughter Lindsey M. Harding and her husband, Steven, of Len-hartsville; sister Laura A. McManus and her husband, Bill, of Bartlett, Tenn.; grandchildren Alex, Alyssa, Connor and Addison.
He was predeceased by a son, Philip A.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Oct. 31, at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Drive, Orefield, with the Rev. Joseph J. Kweder as celebrant.
Family and friends may pay their respects 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville.
Interment will follow the Mass at St. Vladimir's Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Lopez, Sullivan County.
