Jordan Joseph Janow-ski and Brian Joseph Mittura, members of Boy Scout Troop 32, Faith Lutheran Church, Whitehall, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout Oct. 4.

The Eagle Scout Court of Honor ceremony was held at the church hall.

Janowski and Mittura, Whitehall High School graduates and students at Lehigh County Community College, achieved numerous merit badges during their Scouting careers, which began with Tenderfoot Scout to the six levels, culminating as Eagle Scout. They performed specific projects to earn the coveted Eagle pin.

Troop 32 Scoutmaster Kevin Lilly presented the Eagle pins to Janowski's and Mittura's mothers, Stacey Evans and Keri Mittura.

Whitehall Mayor Edward D. Hozza Jr., state Rep. Julie Harhart (R-183rd) and state Rep. Dan McNeill (D-133rd) presented the Scouts with citations for their achievement.

Andrew Borghesani, Whitehall High School music instructor and chorale director, served as guest speaker.

Eagle Scout Jon Regits delivered the Voice of the Eagle; Assistant Scoutmaster Joseph Gabrille, The Trail to Eagle; Assistant Scoutmaster Brian Ptashinski, Eagle Scout criteria; Eagle Scout Gavin Lilly, Eagle Scout Challenge; Skip Geiger, Eagle Scout Charge; Jacob Geiger, flag ceremony; and the Rev. Mgsr. Joseph Sobiesiak gave the invocation.
