The Stiles playground is holding a sandwich sale.

Turkey, roast beef and ham are available and all sandwiches come with American cheese on a Kaiser roll.

Orders are due by Monday, Oct. 27, and the pick-up is Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 5 to 5:30 p.m. at the playground.

Trick or treat in Whitehall is slated for Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Remember to turn your porch light on if you would like to share treats with the many ghosts, goblins, witches and other creatures who will be out and about.

Make sure your children can be seen while walking through the neighborhoods and stay together in groups.

Don't forget about the Whitehall Township Volunteer Fire Department's annual Haunted Woods on Friday and Saturday nights in October.

During this month, you can gather up friends and stop by the Whitehall Parkway, located off Church Street, to take a scary hayride.

The Whitehall High School Zephyr Varsity Football team will travel to Nazareth tomorrow to take on the Blue Eagles. The game begins at 7 p.m.

Take a road trip to Nazareth and cheer the Zephyrs on to victory!
