James F. Billiard, 52, of Macungie, died Oct. 6, 2014, in the inpatient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Frederick and Louise (Pfluger) Billiard.
He attended Kutztown Area High School.
He served with the Pennsylvnaia Army National Guard.
He was employed in the powder coating department of Knoll, Inc., East Greenville, for 29 years, last working in April.
He was a member of Ray A. Master Post 217, American Legion, Topton; Alburtis Rod and Gun Club and several local bowling leagues.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. He enjoyed playing billiards and dice. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by a daughter, Amy M., wife of Mark J. Pursell, of Fleetwood; son, Eric W., of Macungie; three grandsons, Cillian, Konnor and Liam Pursell; five sisters; five brothers. He was predeceased by his four-legged companion, Flip.
