Police arrested 34-year-old Pedro Romero, of North Maxwell Street in Allentown, for driving while intoxicated around 10:10 p.m. Sept. 20.

According to police, Romero was observed driving erratically and was pulled over on Pembroke Road. He is charged with DUI, careless driving and driving without a license.

At least two other people, unidentified in reports, were arrested for DUI shortly thereafter at a Garfield Street checkpoint.
