Alice T. Rackus, 93, formerly of Fullerton, died Sept. 26, 2014, in Cedarbrook. She was the wife of the late John J. Rackus for 47 years.

Born in Millburn, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Alice (Euvard) Thompson.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, Whitehall, where earlier she was active in the school PTA and was a major fundraiser for church projects.

She was a past president of the Whitehall Women's Club and a member of the Civil Air Patrol and the Whitehall Historical and Preservation Society. She was a participant in the 1976 Whitehall celebration.

She is survived by a daughter, Victoria R. and her husband James Mihalski of Allentown; two sons, Richard J. of Mill Valley, Calif., and John F. and his wife Lee of Whitehall; three grandchildren, Jolynne Margaret, Natalee Camille and Nicholas Frederick; and a brother, Robert Thompson of Texas.

She was predeceased by siblings.
