Many beautiful baskets will be raffled off at the 20th Anniversary Fall Basket Social at Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, Friday, Oct 10.

The walk-in social will start at 4 p.m. and the drawing will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Winners will be notified via phone that same evening.

In honor of the 20th anniversary celebration, there will be door prizes throughout the evening.

Delicious homemade foods, baked goods and other refreshments will also be available.

The proceeds will benefit The Hope Lutheran Church maintenance fund.

The next meeting of the Indianland Garden Club will be held Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Hope Lutheran Church at 7 p.m.

New members are welcome.

Plan to stop by the Lehigh Township Historical Society table at Dream Come True at Becky's Drive-In Oct. 5.

The society will be selling chances for a household basket and will have the latest merchandise there available for purchase.

The society will also participate in the Walnutport Canal Festival Oct. 19.

Bethany Wesleyan Church will be holding a blood drive Sunday, Oct. 12, from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
