The Penn State Extension will hold ServSafe class and exam courses Oct. 22 and 29 at the L.C. Agricultural Center, 4184 Dorney Park Road, Allentown.

After attending the first class and passing the second day proctored, multiple-choice exam with a score of 75 per cent or higher, participants will receive a ServSafe certificate.
