arrested in Lowhill
According to a police report received Sept. 11, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say Thomas Joseph Patton, 23, of Allentown, was stopped for allegedly driving erratically 9:17 p.m. Aug.13 at the intersection of Kerns-ville Road and Route 100, Lowhill Township.
Police say Patton was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.

State Police Troop M Fogelsville allege David Ray Phillips, 27, of Kempton, stopped a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old Lynn Township man 10:44 a.m. Sept. 13 on Red Road, in the area of Golden Key Road, Lynn Township, to ask for a ride.
Police say when the driver said no, Phillips allegedly began shouting at the man.
Charges were filed with District Judge Rod Beck, Slatington.
