Police arrested a young man following a violent Center City robbery around 1:15 a.m. Aug. 29.

According to police, a man and woman were accosted and struck by four antagonists near West Broad Street. They did not indicate what, if any, items were stolen from the couples, but one man was recognized and later arrested.

Julius Walters, 18, of Spring Street, is charged with harassment, theft, conspiracy, simple assault and robbery.
