The Bethlehem NAACP will host an open to the public discussion regarding the advantages and disadvantages of Charter Schools at 6 p.m. Sept. 11 at PBS39 Community Room, 839 Sesame Place.

The speaker will be State Representative James R. Roebuck Jr., Philadelphia, the Democratic Chairman of the House Education Committee. Light refreshments will be served.
