Gladys J. Hardenberg, 93, of Schnecksville, died Sept. 2, 2014, in Whitehall Manor.

She was the wife of the late Dr. Howard H. Hardenberg.

Born in Tamaqua, Schuylkill County, she was the daughter of the late Harvey A. and Mabel (Weiss) Stibitz.

Her survivors include a son Gene L. and his wife, Sharon, of Schnecksville; grandson Jonathan J. Hardenberg and his wife, Jodee, of Schnecksville; and great-grandchildren Paige and Tanner.

Her service was private.
