Catty's field hockey team beat Palmerton 4-1 recently.

The Roughs got off to a 2-0 lead in the first half. Morgan Meckes scored twice in the half, the first unassisted and then second on an assist from Gabby Bachman.

Quinn Bachman would get the Roughs third and fourth goals in the second half, both unassisted. Palmerton got its goal in the second half on a tally from Maddy Mummey.

Tiffany Murawski made seven saves for the Roughs as Catty outshot the Bombers 11-8.

Catty defeated Northwestern in field hockey 3-1.

Quinn Bachman got Catty on the board in the first half with an unassisted goal to make it 1-0.

Catty added to the lead thanks to Olivia Schlofer's second half tally to make it 2-1. Schlofer was assisted by Shiloh Sziy.

Haley Dietrich got the Tigers on the board at the 16:21 mark to make it 2-1. She was assisted by Devon Nothstein.

But Catty would get an insurcance goal at the 8:07 mark as Bachman netted her second of the contest. It was another unassisted score.

Tiffany Murawski was the winner in goal as Catty got 17 shots in the win.

The boys soccer team fell 7-1 to Saucon Valley.

Joe Schuyler led the way with three goals. Zach Reichard, Pat Cyphers, Ryan Smith and Khoa Nguyen also scored for the Panthers. Panther assists were: Matt Smith, Zach Reichard 2, Pat Cyphers, Eric Schanzenbach, Mike Vidal 2.

Nick Rossnagle scored Catty's only goal which was assisted by Majed Salma.

The girls soccer team lost some tough games recently.

Jessie Olewine led Northern Lehigh to a 3-0 win. Olewine had two goals in the contest.

Becahi beat the Roughs 7-0

Hawk goal scorers were: Bri Abbot, Nicole Lacherza, Gabriella Kuhns, Dana Neupauer, Kira Franekic, Zoe Tauriello and Brittany Cuddy. Gabriella Kuhns had two assists.

Saucon Valley beat Catty 9-0.

Lauren Binn and Damaris Parry each had two goals.
