Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville, will install a new pastor Sunday, Sept. 14.

Pastor Gary Walbert had served at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Catasauqua, for more than 13 years.

Laura Howell, rector at Trinity Episcopal in Bethlehem, will be the guest preacher.

A covered dish social will follow in the fellowship hall.

An all-you-can-eat breakfast will be held Sunday, Sept. 14, 8 a.m.-noon, at the Allen Township Fire Company social hall, 3530 Howertown Road.

St. John's United Church of Christ, Howertown, 22 Atlas Road, will hold a fall basket social on Sept. 30. Additional details will follow.
