Police arrested two men after a Fairview Street resident reported she was robbed at gunpoint outside her home around 4 p.m. Aug. 21.

Police charged Raymond Delgado, 43, of East Ninth Street, and Donald Watts, 33, of North Sixth Street in Allentown, with theft, conspiracy, recieving stolen property and robbery. Watts is also charged with possession of firearms, nreckless endangerment and assault.
