The Catasauqua boys soccer team beat Northern Lehigh 2-1 to open the season last Friday.
David Wetherhold and Joseph Harakal notched goals for the Rough Riders. Gunnar Pattison picked up the win in net with 11 saves as the Bulldogs took 18 shots.
Quintin George scored Northern Lehigh's only goal and losing keeper Nick Miller saved six while seeing nine shots.
The girls soccer team fell to the Bulldogs 6-0.
Lexie Merkle had three goals and an assist while Sam Olewine added a goal and two assists.
The team lost to Wilson 9-0. The Warriors were led by Shelby Soliwoda's four goals and Sydney Brannon added two goals and three assists.
The Catty field hockey team lost its opening game to a tough Northampton squad 6-1.
Quinn Bachman had the Roughies lone goal on an assist from Morgan Mekes.
The Kids were led by Megan Wiest who noticed two goals and added an assist.
Catty keeper Tiffany Murawski made 22 saves in the loss.
