St. John the Baptist Church, Stiles, will be holding its annual church picnic, Sunday, Aug. 31, from noon-9 p.m.

The picnic is held on the church grounds located at Ruch and Chestnut streets.

Stop by for delicious food, entertainment and games.

Bring your lawn chairs and stay awhile.

The Great Allentown Fair will be held Tuesday, Aug. 26, through Monday, Sept. 1.

This is always a fun celebration at the end of summer.

Drivers in the Stiles community, be alert as the students in the neighborhood are beginning to return to school. Leave extra time for yourself in the morning so you can slowly travel through the streets as the children walk to the bus stop.
