Retail theft
Reported by Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, between 10:10 a.m. and 10:28 a.m. Aug. 8, an unknown actor entered through the pharmacy entrance of the store and proceeded through various aisles and removed 10 items including: London Broil ham, women's body wash, two Gillette men's razors, Old Spice brand deodorant, two Crest brand white strips packages and three Gillette Proglide men's razors, placing the items in a store basket. The unknown actor exited the store without paying full retail for the items taken, proceeded through the parking lot and placed all the items, including the store basket, into the van and fled the area. The vehicle was described as a silver sedan. The total value of the stolen merchandise was $327.52.
Criminal michief
Reported in the 4300 block of Indian Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, between 3 and 7 p.m. July 26, unknown actors damaged the rear door of a residence.
Counterfeit bill
Reported at Dries Do It Center, 3580 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, July 28, a counterfeit $10 bill was discovered by an employee who was counting money received at the store.
Found property
Reported in Quarry Park, 7909 Quarry Road, Lower Macungie Township, several pieces of lacrosse equipment were found at sports fields in the park. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police at 610-395-1438.
