Bob Casey announced that the Federal Emergency Management Agency under the Department of Homeland Security has awarded $59,850 in grants to the Freemansburg Fire Company No. 1 for operations and safety. Funds are awarded through the Assistance to Firefighters Grant program, which aims to strengthen the health and safety of the nation's first responders and those they serve.
